I gave many reasons for cancelling (all related to bad service).
I am getting harassing emails saying I need to pay because I disputed the charge to my credit card .
There was no phone number provided on their site to speak to anyone. They only send emails (which are sent with grammar errors- they look like badly auto- generated messages)
This is a fraudulent company.Desired Settlement: I want the company to leave me alone
Review: This site makes it impossible to cancel a membership. The instructions on site do not work. The link provided only allows people to resubmit credit card information. It is an endless cycle that never allows the customer to cancel no matter what avenue of approach is tried.Desired Settlement: Cancel my membership immediately and do not bill for future increments.
